Ready to invest in public institutions that serve millions?

We work with CSR leaders, institutional bodies, and academic institutions co-designing ngo for CSR programmes that strengthen public institutions and create lasting impact.

for CSR Leaders

Your CSR investment becomes institutional infrastructure.
Not a one-year project. Permanent capability inside an institution with CSR impact programs, quarterly reporting, full compliance documentation, and a model that can travel to other institutions long after the funding period ends.
CSR Themes We Cover
Every partnership comes with complete compliance documentation — structured for statutory reporting, audit requirements, and board presentations. We build the paper trail as the programme runs, not retrospectively.
Institutional change takes time. Our programmes run on 2–4 year cycles with clear milestones at each stage — so you can report meaningful progress annually while the impact compounds over time.
Every programme is documented so departments and other institutions can replicate it independently. The impact of your partnership extends well beyond the communities you directly fund.

Programmes open for CSR partnership.

for Academic Partners

Live programmes. Real data. Research that matters.
Our programmes operate inside schools, skill centres, and community health systems across four states including livelihood programs for women and education support programs with defined baselines, tracked KPIs, and documented outcomes.
What’s available:
Research access
Active programme sites across Tamil Nadu, AP, Karnataka, and Delhi with baselines in place. Available for longitudinal study and field research.
We build M&E into every programme from day one. Academic partners can strengthen evaluation rigour and co-author publications based on findings.

for Research and Development Partners

Co-create scalable innovations.
We partner on evidence-based pilots in MedTech, AI health solutions, and institutional R&D, leveraging SRM’s ecosystem for real-world testing and replication.
Live data from programmes across states supports rigorous studies. When we conclude, partners retain trained teams, documented protocols, and self-sustaining models.
What’s available:
Prototype co-development
Portable diagnostics (e.g., microfluidic for respiratory infections), AI prevention models (e.g., heat stress/silicosis screening).
SRM IIE labs for IP, startup mentoring, industry pilots in health/environment.
Embed studies in public sites (e.g., oncology registries, CoE innovation hubs) for policy impact.

for Institutional Bodies

We co-design inside your institutions. Not around them.
We work with departments, district administrations, and public institutions as partners in the institutional development programs design process.
We begin with your institutional leadership understanding the existing systems, the existing staff, and the existing constraints. We don’t arrive with a ready-made solution. The model we build works within your reality.
When we step back, three things remain: the trained staff, the documented model, and the institutional capability to sustain it without external support.
Active institutional collaborations
Institutions of Andhra Pradesh
Co-supported the establishment of our Rural Tuition, Tailoring and Computer Centre in Kuragallu, Guntur District. Endorsed at inauguration by the Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate.
MoU signed April 2025 for water body conservation and restoration across Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram districts, Tamil Nadu.
STEM Labs and School Transformation programmes operating within school systems — with institutional leadership as partners throughout.
